On-Request Booking Procedure
On Request Booking suggests that after receipt of your booking request, our reservation staff will contact the hotel to check for room availability and make booking. If the hotel required is fully booked, some hotels in similar standard and location will be suggested. The process for online hotel reservation is summarized as:
1. When you search for a hotel in a specific destination at our Website we lead you to a list of hotels. You can check hotel details to get complete information on the facilities and services offered by hotels of your choice.
2. To make a reservation, click on the Request a Room link on the hotel page.
3. Now enter the check in date along with number of nights stay required. You are then asked to enter the number of rooms required, guests, special request. Please go through the reservation & cancellation policy before proceeding.
4. You proceed to a Thawte approved 128-bit SSL encrypted Secure Online Request Booking form where you will review the reservation information and submit your details. You'll be asked to enter your credit card details into a secure reservation system. Your credit card is used to guarantee your booking. Your credit card will only be charge at the time of booking confirmation.
5. Once you have completed and submitted the form, you will be sent a confirmation of your booking by email. In this email will be included the dates of your reservation, the price, and depending on the hotel, their contact details including email and telephone.
